Music and Sound
We all have experienced feeling uplifted and inspired by a piece of music. Music speaks to the soul and opens the energy of our hearts.
Sound, when created intentionally and listened to with attention and reverence, can transform us on all levels to feel safe, held, calm, inspired, motivated, happy, grateful, abundant, empowered, and LOVED!
Light Language is vocalized sound, speech, song, and toning that is channeled light and love. It contains keys and light codes to assist with spiritual development and heart activations.
I combine my expertise as a composer, singer, instrumentalist, my sound practitioner knowledge, wisdom, and certification, and my light language gifts to create songs, sound journeys, and attunements to help you create inner harmony so you can feel, be, and know who you truly are!
Essentially, I sing and speak light language to help you to connect with Divine Love!

Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient practice of moving to create a healthy flow of energy in the body. Utilized for healing, prevention, emotional wellbeing, spiritual enlightenment, and to create a Golden Shied of Energy, Qi Gong is more than just an exercise practice.
